To speed things up, include your agency name and, for the mobile app, your iPhone model and iOS version.
Mobile app
The app is reserved for owners of agencies that are already SyncAgency customers. It does not allow account creation: credentials are those of the CRM.
- Signing in: use the email and password of your SyncAgency account. Face ID is optional and is enabled on first sign-in.
- Forgotten password: reset it from app.syncagency.fr.
- Notifications: sales, tips, new contacts and disconnected accounts. They are configured in the app, under the gear on the home screen (quiet hours, minimum amount).
- Closing an account: write to us, closure is handled within 48 business hours.
