Welcome to SyncAgency. This Privacy Policy is intended to help you understand what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can update, manage, export, and delete your information when you use our services.

2. Data Collected

In the context of using our software solution (SaaS), we may collect the following data:

  • Identification data: Last name, first name, agency name, email address, phone number.
  • Billing and payment data: Transaction history, billing address (sensitive credit card information is processed and secured directly by our PCI-DSS certified payment partner and does not pass through our servers).
  • Technical connection data: IP address, connection logs, browser type, to ensure infrastructure security.
  • Conversation content: Messages exchanged on the messaging accounts you connect to SyncAgency (Telegram) are synchronised and displayed in the CRM so you can follow and manage those exchanges. They include text, attachments and the public identifiers of the correspondents. This content is never analysed for advertising, resold, or used to train a model.

3. Purpose of Processing

Your data is strictly used for:

  • Creating and managing your user account on our CRM.
  • Providing our communication and audience management services.
  • Managing billing, payments, and accounting.
  • Customer support and technical issue resolution.
  • Fraud prevention and compliance with our legal obligations (notably for anti-money-laundering purposes).

4. Data Sharing with Third Parties

Your data is never resold for commercial purposes. It may only be shared with our strict subcontractors for the delivery of the service:

  • Our secure hosting providers.
  • Our payment partners (banking gateways and acquirers) for the secure processing of financial transactions.

5. Mobile Application

The SyncAgency mobile app is a read-only companion for agency owners who are already customers. It creates no account and collects no data beyond the CRM, with three exceptions:

  • Biometric authentication (Face ID / Touch ID): the app may offer to unlock your session using biometrics. Verification is performed entirely by iOS, on your device. No biometric data is transmitted to us, passes through our servers, or is stored by us: the system answers only "yes" or "no". This is optional, and password sign-in always remains available.
  • Notifications: if you enable them, a notification identifier provided by Apple is stored so alerts can be delivered to your device (sale, campaign, waiting message). It is deleted as soon as you disable notifications or uninstall the app.
  • Conversation display: the app displays, read-only, the conversations already present in your CRM. It does not store them durably on the device beyond a technical cache cleared on sign-out.

The app contains no advertising trackers, collects no data for tracking across apps or websites, and uses no ad network.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for the strict duration of use of our services. In the event of deletion of your account, your identification and billing data is retained for the legally required period (generally 7 years for fiscal and accounting obligations) before being permanently erased.

7. Data Security

SyncAgency implements enhanced technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration (encryption of communications via SSL/TLS, restricted access to databases).

8. Your Rights (GDPR Compliance)

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access and rectification.
  • Right to erasure (right to be forgotten).
  • Right to restriction of processing.
  • Right to data portability.
