Box mode: conversations split themselves between your operators

Until now, splitting the workload between operators was manual, or simply never happened. The usual outcome: two operators answer the same fan with two different stories, while another conversation waits an hour for someone to pick it up.

Box mode removes that problem. The app creates one box per operator on shift and automatically fills it with the conversations active in the last hour. The split refreshes every 15 minutes, so when someone clocks in or out, the boxes rebalance on their own. A conversation that goes quiet leaves the box, and if the fan writes back, it re-enters the rotation.

The conversation lock completes the setup: while an operator is replying to a fan, that conversation is locked for everyone else. No duplicate replies, even outside box mode.

  • One box per operator on duty, filled automatically, refreshed every quarter of an hour.
  • Conversation lock: the composer freezes for the second operator who opens the same thread.
  • Enabled account by account: you can run one Telegram account in box mode and leave the others open.

What you gain: no duplicate replies (a fan who gets two contradictory versions stops trusting, and stops buying), no orphan conversations, and not a minute lost handing out work at the start of a shift.

How to use it: go to CRM > Message, click the gear icon at the top of the conversation list, then switch on Box Mode and Conversation Lock for the accounts you want. Manager role and above. Both settings are off by default, so nothing changes until you turn them on.

Paid content with the native Unlock button now works in mass DMs

In-app paid content (blurred preview, native button, payment inside a Telegram Mini App) used to be limited to one-to-one conversations. It now works in mass DM campaigns too: you can push paid content to an entire list with the same frictionless path from teaser to payment.

  • Native button in mass DMs: the same blurred preview and Unlock button as in a conversation.
  • Fixed the disappearing paid videos: the app now falls back to the optimised version of the file when the original will not play.
  • Download button on the viewing page once payment clears.

What you gain: a paid-content sale is no longer capped by how many conversations your operators have time to open. A campaign can sell while the team sleeps.

How to use it: CRM > Mass DM > Create, attach your media and set the price. Note: the native button requires a bot connected to that Telegram account. On an account without one, the paid content is sent as a standard link instead. Nothing breaks, the friction is just slightly higher.

5 to 11 July 2026 Reliability

No more accounts dying in silence, no more messages that never left

The least spectacular update here, and probably the most profitable. A message that looks sent but never left is revenue nobody sees disappear. A disconnected Telegram account nobody notices is a full day of sales gone.

  • Honest sending: a failed send is retried automatically. If it truly fails, the message is shown as failed, with a Retry button, instead of passing for a success.
  • Possibly undelivered warning on a message sent but never read for over 24 hours. It is the only reliable signal Telegram leaks when a fan has blocked the account.
  • Silent reconnection: a network hiccup no longer kills the session. One failure used to be enough to take an account down.
  • Disconnection alert naming the account, plus a reconnect banner right inside the inbox.
  • Multi-device warning when the creator is logged in on her phone at the same time, the number-one cause of disconnections.
  • Read receipts fixed and the unread counter corrected (it was inflating on its own).
  • Partial mass DM failures are now visible instead of hidden behind a fake success.

What you gain: you stop flying blind. What the app calls sent really is sent, and when an account drops, you know within the minute instead of finding out the next day.

How to use it: nothing to enable, it is live everywhere. Watch for red bubbles in CRM > Message and connection status in CRM > Accounts.

5 to 6 July 2026 New

Mass DM: templates, automatic scheduling and personalisation

  • Reusable templates: a saved message is relaunched in one click.
  • Recurring scheduling on the quarter hour (00, 15, 30, 45). Two starter templates, Morning and Evening, ship preinstalled.
  • First-name variable so the message greets each fan by name.
  • Per-template statistics (delivered, opened), computed live.
  • Running campaign pinned to the top of the page, filterable and sortable history, editable filters.
  • Heavy fixes along the way: campaigns stuck at zero sends, duplicate sends on timeout, campaign relaunch.

What you gain: a follow-up that goes out every morning at 9 without anyone launching it is recurring revenue your team no longer produces by hand.

How to use it: CRM > Mass DM. Write your message in the Create tab, save it as a template, then set its recurrence. Templates and the running campaign live in the Campaigns tab.

13 July 2026 Improvement

Rebuilt inbox: account switcher, persistent pins, live sale pulse

  • Compact account switcher at the top of the inbox, replacing tabs that overflowed as soon as an agency ran several creators.
  • Persistent pinned conversations that survive a refresh, with the rail hidden when nothing is pinned.
  • Live sale pulse: the contact bubble animates the moment a payment lands, without leaving the current conversation.

How to use it: CRM > Message, left column.

5 to 7 July 2026 New

Rebuilt settings, and run the agency from Telegram or Discord

Settings went from 7 tabs down to 4 (General, Notifications, Marketing, Finance), shown according to your plan and role. More importantly, you no longer have to open the app to run the shop.

  • Notifications hub: connect the channel (Telegram or Discord), then a matrix decides what goes where (sales, reports, alerts, shifts), with mentions and custom message templates.
  • /setup command in the Telegram bot: no technical IDs to copy and paste anymore, the bot links itself and can be added as admin in one click.
  • Button panels inside the Telegram bot, restricted to group admins: /notifications, /massdm, /shift, /report. Group topics supported.
  • The same commands as Discord slash-commands.

What you gain: you launch a campaign or check who is on shift from your phone, in the group where your team already is.

How to use it: Settings > Notifications to connect the channel, then type /setup in your Telegram group.

4 July 2026 Improvement

Connect Telegram by phone number, not just QR code

Accounts protected by two-factor authentication could not get through the QR flow. They now connect with a phone number, a code and the 2FA password. The connection screen was simplified down to a single button, then a choice of method.

How to use it: CRM > Accounts, connect button, then pick QR code or phone number.

6 to 7 July 2026 Fix

Marketing: Twitter scraping works again, and you can force a refresh

Twitter collection was broken upstream. It is fixed. You no longer have to wait until the next day to refresh an account's numbers: a manual re-scrape button forces collection immediately. Collection is also more robust, with automatic retries and staggered schedules.

How to use it: Marketing > Accounts to force a run, then Marketing > Instagram / Twitter / TikTok to read the results.

11 to 13 July 2026 Under the hood

The Telegram engine now talks straight to Telegram

Nothing visible here, but it earns a line: the app still relied on a technical middleman to reach Telegram. That layer has been removed entirely. Fewer intermediaries means fewer lost messages, fewer duplicated conversations and less display lag.

In-app paid content: blurred preview and Unlock button inside Telegram

The release that changed how paid content gets sold. Creators send it without ever pushing the fan out of Telegram.

  • Blurred preview of the media, sent under the creator's name, right in the conversation.
  • Native Unlock button that opens a full-screen Telegram Mini App, not an external browser.
  • Built-in payment in seconds, without leaving the app.
  • Instant unlock: the media unblurs and plays full screen the moment payment clears.
  • Automatic fallback to a standard link when the account has no bot connected.

What you gain: every step between teaser and payment is a chance for the fan to drop off. There is almost none left.

How to use it: CRM > Message, attach a media in the composer and set a price.

1 to 12 June 2026 New

Vault: automatic follow-up after media, video thumbnails, fan panel

  • Automatic follow-up: a script can send a follow-up message right after a media, with no operator input.
  • Thumbnails generated automatically for every video in the Vault, including old ones.
  • Telegram videos over 10 MB are now retrieved into the CRM instead of staying invisible.
  • Tabbed fan panel (Info, Sales, Notes): the Sales tab shows the script used, the media sent and the fan's purchase rate.
  • Script auto-tagging and a faster media picker.

How to use it: CRM > Vault for scripts and media, right-hand panel in CRM > Message for the fan record.

Tracking Links v2: finally know which link brings fans who pay

  • Telegram deeplinks: a tracking link opens the conversation with the creator directly.
  • Automatic attribution without the contact having to talk to a bot first.
  • Full funnel per link: clicks, contacts, revenue and fan lifetime value, creator by creator.
  • Click breakdown by country, device, referrer and UTM, with a date range selector.

What you gain: you cut the budget and the hours you pour into platforms that bring volume and zero buyers.

How to use it: Marketing > Tracking Links, one link per platform and per creator.

May 2026 Improvement

Multi-currency paid content

Paid content is charged in euros, Swiss francs or US dollars, with the currency picked automatically from the fan's country. The mobile checkout was fixed as well.

What you gain: a price shown in a foreign currency makes people hesitate. A price in the fan's own currency gets paid without thinking.

April 2026

April 2026 Major

Native Telegram: direct connection, full-quality video, mobile app

  • Direct Telegram connection: the creator's account is connected natively, with no middleman.
  • Paid unlock inside Telegram: the bubble goes from locked to unlocked on payment, and the sale is attributed to the operator who made it.
  • Videos sent natively in full quality, with no re-upload on every send, and automatic conversion of iPhone formats.
  • Messages sent from the creator's own phone are captured into the CRM instead of leaving a hole in the history.
  • Mobile interface: the app becomes usable from a phone.

What you gain: the CRM stops being a partial view of reality. Everything said to the fan is in the app, whoever wrote it and from wherever.

March to April 2026 New

Sales, tips and chatting operations

  • Built-in checkout on the media viewing page.
  • Tip links: the fan picks the amount he sends.
  • Dedicated sales log, with a detail view per metric.
  • Sale notifications in Discord and Telegram, deduplicated.
  • Shifts: blocking start modal, automatic end, operator activity tracking.
  • Sales and new-contacts chart on the dashboard.

How to use it: CRM > Dashboard (then Sales log) and Calendar > Shift calendar.

The chatting CRM: Vault, tags, fan notes, voice notes and mass DM v1

  • Script Vault: direct upload, drag and drop, folders, notes and native Telegram voice messages.
  • Contact tags, including automatic tags by spending tier.
  • Structured fan notes and per-contact media history.
  • Paid-content links with a blurred preview inside Telegram.
  • Mass DM v1: tag-filtered campaigns, anti-duplicate protection, exclusion of already-contacted fans.
  • Read receipts, pinned conversations, filters, mute and blacklist.

What you gain: this is the foundation. An operator knows who he is talking to, what the fan already bought, and what to send next.

November 2025 to January 2026

November 2025 to January 2026 Foundations

Foundations: multi-agency, Marketing module, calendar

  • Multi-agency with team invitations, roles and subscriptions.
  • Marketing module: Instagram, TikTok and Twitter account and post analysis.
  • Tracking links v1 and contact attribution.
  • Daily and monthly reporting, with Discord notifications.
  • Unified calendar and shift planning.
  • Guided onboarding and billing.

Not a customer yet? What you can see without a card

Since July 2026, an account created without a bank card already lets you analyse an Instagram, TikTok or Twitter account, connect Telegram, and see your real inbox with your first conversations. You judge the tool on your own data, not on a canned demo. Full access unlocks with the card, which opens the 7-day trial.

Frequently asked questions

Does the Unlock button work on all my accounts?

No. The native button requires a bot connected to that Telegram account. On accounts without one, paid content is sent as a standard link instead: the sale still works, the friction is simply higher. Get in touch if you want your accounts equipped.

How do I know if a fan blocked me?

Telegram never says so explicitly, by design: a message sent to someone who blocked you returns no error at all. The only honest signal is the absence of a read receipt, so SyncAgency flags messages that were sent but never read for more than 24 hours.

Do I need to do anything to get these updates?

No. Everything ships automatically, with nothing to install. Only box mode and the conversation lock need a deliberate switch in the inbox settings, because they change how your team works.
