How do I connect my Telegram and WhatsApp accounts?
You scan a QR code from your existing Telegram or WhatsApp account. It takes a few seconds, nothing to install, no technical configuration required. SyncAgency connects to the existing account: your full conversation history is recovered automatically, all your contacts too. Telegram Business and standard WhatsApp accounts are both supported. You can connect several accounts in parallel under the same dashboard.
Can my chatters switch between several models in a single window?
Yes. Each chatter sees in their sidebar all the models they have access to, with their real-time activity status. They switch from one to another in one click, without reloading or changing tabs. Conversations, the Vault and scripts are kept separate by model: the chatter never risks sending the wrong content to the wrong fan. Ideal when a team manages 3 to 10 creators in parallel.
The Vault — how do my chatters use it during the conversation?
You first set up the scripts in the Vault, organized by model and by sales phase (opener, upsell, closer, follow-up...). During the conversation, the chatter clicks the Vault button to open the panel, selects the desired phase and sends the message in 1 click. Dynamic variables ({firstname}, {lastpurchase}) fill in automatically. Zero copy-paste, zero improvisation, messages always clean.
Mass DM by campaign — how do I segment my fans?
You filter by three axes: the fan's activity status, a group you create yourself, or a custom tag you put on each conversation. You can combine several filters, for example: fans active in the last 7 days + tag "high value". You select your script from the Vault, you customize the dynamic variables, and you launch. Each campaign is measured separately: messages sent, reply rate, revenue generated.
The integrated payment processor — which payment methods are supported?

How do I track the exact performance of each chatter?
Everything is auto-tracked without any manual entry: messages sent, sales closed, response speed, conversion rate, revenue per hour worked, and activity in % on each shift. The dashboard displays the golden ratio of each chatter — the ratio between messages sent and sales closed — to identify at a glance who really performs and who just fills the chat without converting. Why do you take a 20% commission on payments?
